I normally wear size S/M. To make sure it fits nicely, you should go for size L. Otherwise, it has a very nice waist. You can adjust the belt, but you don't have to.

Overall, a good blouse. For a small chest. Because on a larger size, the fabric "jumps" and the waist is right under the chest. It looks funny and is so ugly to wear. The belt is thinner than in the photo, it is tied arbitrarily, without loops on the blouse. Two pockets, wide at the bottom, gathers nicely under the belt. It sat perfectly on my mother, she likes the style, she is satisfied.
