This is described as a facial hair remover, it's a load of rubbish, it dose not remove anything at all, waist of money, do not buy this item, I'm extremely disappointed with this item. JUST A PILE OF PLASTIC CRAP.

unfortunately the item is not five-sold, otherwise it looks great because I warned myself about customer service and explained that the item was not five-sold, I got the purchase price back.

I have used this item on my face and chin, but it does NOT take off all the hairs not even very fine ones, I am not happy
