4 stars because the complaint worked great. The goods were delivered in the announced time, but unfortunately it (dress) was broken. I contacted support and received a response relatively quickly and the money was transferred back. I didn't have to send the broken dress back. This was my first order via Joom and the process plus Rekla worked perfectly. The fact that the dress was too small is simply due to the production in China, as they have smaller/slimmer people there. :-)
It's my size, it's very beautiful. It's a holiday. Only that it is hard to predict and it also has a stain, as if it was a little moldy. Otherwise, I really like it. The material stretches a little. In the picture it looked like it was a rough material. But he's actually very cute. I can't wash it if the embroidery doesn't break.
