I can't say much yet, because the soles have to be cut to the right size first. As they are, they are way too big and especially wide and don't even come close to fitting into the shoes for which they are intended. Which irritated me a bit, since I had ordered the soles according to foot length. I'll post an update when I've got everything done and tried them.

Perfect insoles to say the least. The size is right, they don't slip and I find them very comfortable. Very useful for improving posture. I recommend them
