The product arrived quickly. As described. I bought after the measures but it is difficult to use. The seam is not elastic and is hard to take on. It tightens the belly very well. I didn't use it in the gym to see how you could take it off after you sweated

Waist belt is unfortunately too small I ordered a large size and it came too small I couldn't wear it and the threads are not what it is🥺
