The coat looks completely different from the photo. Although the arm length is correct, the coat only goes to the knees and not almost to the ankles as in the photo. The coat has a straight cut and is not waisted. The belt should then take care of the waist, but the belt loops are under the breast. The inner material is made of synthetic lining material and not cotton as described. The quality is very needy. The fur is small and not as bushy as in the photo. Though from the arms and shoulders is my size. The length and waist are not correct as shown in the photo. Totally disappointing. I can't find out where to get the return slip either.
