It is a very beautiful necklace, but the clasp on this necklace cannot be opened. That is very annoying because I cannot use the necklace. I have now ordered the magnetic clasps in silver and hope that I can then wear it again. You have to be clever because the necklace itself is of excellent quality.

Another lovely chain. Thought I had a problem with this as the clasp wouldn't open. But I tried again and again and it opened. Seems the bottom part of the clasp was wedged against the top. But it's fine. Thanks to the supplier. Got 3 orders off the company . Gorgeous
