I live the United States I received a plug connection that doesn't work here unless I spend $30.00 on a plug conversion kit. I'm requesting a refund because it won't function for me here! Well after a week long battle with joom support team and offering 10-15% discount to help pay for adapter plug I finally got $25% off that still doesn't pay for the adapter needed but I just want to be done with joom & start buying from Temu app. Has very similar products at lower prices & I recently received in under 2 weeks. Let's wait for my small refund & close this account & chapter. Goodbye joom.
just received it,haven't yet tried, at first glance looks like it's gonna work as expected,they also put a shaver and a pair of protective glasses in the box which is awesome, EDIT: after more than 1 months of usage, this thing proved to be completely useless, everything done following the instructions, 3 times a week for a month and a half, and still no results, just go to a salon and get a real laser hair removal, don't buy crap from china
