The soles smell strongly of glue and don't look particularly high quality! But what counts for me: My pain is gone! I can run great with the parts! Highly recommended for heel spurs!

I don't think it will do his job as an orthopedic insole but its comfortable. And one thing... It's not correct anything. And don't really helps to fix over pronation
