Ordered the EU size up, but the shoes were still too small. Had a hell of a time trying to claim a refund. Customer services make you jump through hoops to get your money back. They make you take photos, offer you a discount, tell you to take it to charity and hat photographic evidence that you have donated the item before they will refund you!! Absolutely ludicrous and outrageous behaviour that has never been experienced before. Shocking!!

It's a shame that the website image shows one thing, but what we get is completely different. These shoes are beautiful, but the back part sinks into the heel when walking because it's not made correctly. They're ugly... uncomfortable... it's a shame I wore these shoes twice and put them in the closet. I'm unlikely to ever wear shoes again. 🤷😥

Beautiful Beautiful pair of shoes unfortunately Size 40/7 'Too Tight' Beware Chinese shoe sizes are 'Smaller'/narrow in comparison to UK/EU Sizes. Buy one or two sizes bigger than your size If Coolbe refuses to Refund or Exchange - then, you're left with shoes you can't wear!!!!!!!

It looks good, like in the picture. It must be ordered with a larger size only then it will fit our size😊
