I have been using the watch for 3 weeks, at the beginning everything worked as it should. It's been going wrong for 4 days now, I turned on the cycling monitoring and he didn't record it, he finished the training himself. The second situation is when I do anything else on the phone and press the button on the side to return to the control page and the screen turns off. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed, I thought it would be better. It was intended to be used to control training and sports. And now it only serves as a watch because after entering the menu, the watch freezes. I have to try several times to enter the menu.
I am very disappointed the watch lasted three days which is a pity for the price now it no longer charges and no longer connects to the mobile phone it was also bad it keeps breaking off tones and does not make any incoming messages I would not use it anymore buy sorry Joom customer service is great I get my money back and everything is fine thanks again Joom
I have made the claim of the broken watch just directly after receive of package. Now 4 weeks and many email later still nobody will help and replace. Instead the customer is requested to send comments , descriptions and videos of the matter again and again, only to delay and make customer give up. This is a very bad and extremyl annoying purchase experience.
It's an Apple Ultra watch fake obviously, it's not the real thing but it not $800 either. I'd say it's a great item, let down but a bad app. It's also running Android, not iOS but hopefully you'd have guest that already.
