Pongo perfectas porque se pueden recortar a varias medidas son de espuma y la zona del talón hasta la mitad del pie lleva una base de plástico duro con un punto blando de silicona en la parte del talón y otro punto en medio del pie de forma elevada la parte que no tiene plástico se ve delicada aunque es flexible me llegaron rápido

Je recommence ma paire de semelles est géniale empêche mon pied de se ordre je suis très contente de ma paire de semelles j'ai bien fait d'en acheter 3 paires j'en ai mis dans toutes mes chaussures je vais pouvoir recommencer à marcher sans avoir peur de me faire du mal aux chevilles merci et bravo
