Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. Add ground pork and content of this packet. Add water. Stir-fry with lower heat and let it simmer. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Recipe : Spicy Northern Thai Pork with Tomato (Nam Prik Ong)
1. Heat 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil. Add 200 g ground pork and the contents of this packet. Stir thoroughly until cooked.
2. Add 1/2 cup (120 ml) of water. Stir thoroughly and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with coriander leaves, cucumber. Chinese cabbage or fresh vegetables
as desired.
Optional : For more flavour, decrease water to 1/4 cup (60 ml) and add about 150-170 g chopped fresh tomato.
